Job Description:We seek a highly experienced Esports Coach and Manager to lead and manage Ascend Esports Academy’s training programs. This role involves coaching aspiring players, managing the academy’s day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver structured coaching plans for esports players at different skill levels.Supervise and manage the academy’s training schedules and operational workflows.Provide individual performance assessments and improvement plans for players.Recruit and manage coaching staff to ensure consistent training quality.Organize scrimmages and practice matches to enhance team performance.Maintain a professional and motivational environment for players and staff.Requirements:7-8 years of experience in esports coaching, team management, or similar roles.Strong knowledge of popular esports titles and their competitive dynamics.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.A passion for developing talent and nurturing esports careers.
