The English Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering English language lessons to students. They create engaging lesson plans, teach grammar and vocabulary, improve students’ conversational skills, and evaluate student progress. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field.Teaching certification or qualification in ESL or TESOL is required.Proven experience as an English Teacher or similar role.Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and language skills.Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Adaptability and flexibility in teaching methods.Patience and empathy in working with students of different abilities and backgrounds.Strong organizational and time management skills.Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on language teaching methodologies and resources.
