As a Dining Facility (DFAC) Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a dining facility, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and customer service. You will supervise a team of kitchen staff, servers, and cleaners, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Your duties will include creating work schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and managing food costs to maintain budget targets. Additionally, you will be expected to uphold health and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and address any issues promptly to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management or supervisory role.Food Safety Manager Certification (e.g., ServSafe).Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
