The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions to problems, and ensure an exceptional experience for every customer.Responsibilities:Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide timely resolutionsOffer troubleshooting support for products or servicesRecord customer interactions and maintain detailed recordsEscalate complex issues to higher-level support when neededMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of company servicesAssist in improving customer service processes and workflowsRequirements:Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenPrevious 3-5 years customer service experience with AIR and SEA ShipmentsFamiliarity with Abu Dhabi Customs Clearing RulesKnowledge about ZOHO system (added value)Should be based in ABU DHABIPreferably MALE
