The Customer Relationship Manager proactively engages with customers to understand their requirements, address any concerns, and provide appropriate solutions. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in a customer service or relationship management role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer segments.Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
