The Construction Manager – Civil oversees all construction activities and ensures they are executed according to plans and specifications. They are responsible for managing construction teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing safety and quality standards. Additionally, they monitor project progress and budgets, handle disputes, and ensure timely completion.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and supervise construction activities.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.Manage construction teams and provide guidance and support as needed.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols.Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during construction.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in construction management.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
