The Compliance and Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that an organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries and complies with all relevant regulations and requirements. This includes developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting audits and assessments, and providing guidance and training to employees. The manager will also monitor and report on compliance activities to senior management.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.Monitor and report on compliance activities and recommend improvements where necessary.Investigate compliance incidents and recommend appropriate actions to address them.Stay updated on changes to regulations and ensure timely updates to compliance programs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met across the organization.Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop mitigation strategies.Participate in the development and implementation of control systems to prevent compliance issues.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.Proven experience in compliance management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
