The Complaints Management Specialist is responsible for handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. This individual will investigate complaints, gather relevant information, and work with various departments to resolve issues and prevent future complaints. The Complaints Management Specialist will also maintain detailed records of complaints and their resolutions.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
2+ years of experience in customer service or complaints management
