AL Group of Company in Deira, Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and organized Cashier Cum Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will handle customer transactions and inquiries, ensuring excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit payments.Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a positive and professional attitude.Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.Assist customers with product exchanges or returns.Keep the checkout area clean and organized.Promote and explain company products and services to customers.Follow company policies and procedures regarding transactions and customer interactions.Maintain a strong knowledge of all company products and services.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a cashier or customer service representative.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Familiarity with cash register operations and office software (MS Office).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
