The Boutique Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail boutique. They are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in retail management, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in boutique management or retail sales.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Knowledge of fashion trends and retail operations.
