This role requires regular travel within the assigned area to visit retail locations, monitor performance, and provide support to the sales team. A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales management is preferred. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in retail sales management.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives effectively.
