We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administration Assistant to support our administrative team. As an Administration Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and possess excellent communication and computer skills.ResponsibilitiesManage and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.Maintain and update electronic and physical records and databases.Prepare and distribute reports and documents.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.Assist with event planning and organization.Cooperate and coordinate with other administrative team members.Perform general office administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
