An Accounts and Administration professional is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. They handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile financial statements, and assist in various administrative tasks.ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.Prepare financial statements and reports for management.Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Assist in financial analysis and business planning.Support day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement needs.Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in accounts payable, receivable, or financial administration.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
