Job Description:
Perfect Purity is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and will be responsible for driving campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for analysing web traffic metrics, social media metrics and optimisation of content, measuring and reporting all aspects of data quality, email performance, program effectiveness and funnel generation.
Responsibilities:
– Analyse web traffic metrics, social media metrics and optimisation of content.
– Measure and report all aspects of data quality, email performance, program effectiveness and funnel generation.
– Research new components, add-ons, processes and automated data services and work with marketing team and IT/vendors to organize marketing automation roadmap.
– Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
– Allocate budgets, analyse and recommend modifications to strategy and budget.
– Test new channels and trends.
– Collaborate with the rest of the team to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best.
– Design and deliver email campaigns with the rest of the marketing team, leading on lead and funnel growth.
– Conduct research on market specificities, market shares, competitor analysis and monitoring.
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing.
– Strong data analysis skills.
– Experience with automation and APIs.
– Experience with campaign management.
– Experience with lead generation.
– Experience with paid social.
– Experience with customer engagement.
– Experience with A/B testing.
– Experience with CRM.
– Strong research skills.
– Knowledge of CRO is a plus.
– Knowledge of search engine marketing (paid search and SEA) is a plus.
– Knowledge of technical SEO, basic UX, HTML and CSS skills is a plus.
