Position: AccountantLocation: Dubai, JLTSalary: 7 – 9,000 AED + Annual Ticket & Medical InsuranceResponsibilities:· Maintaining the payment outstanding details up to date.· Tracking staff reimbursement details – salary advance, transport reimbursement etc· Preparing salary WPS files without any errors.· Responsible for paying utility payments.· All data upload in the Books of accounts· Processing all payments basis dates and maintaining a record· Responsible for sharing daily reports on financial activities.· Customer & vendor reconciliation.· Preparation of monthly outstanding & follow up of payment· VAT return working and finalization· Assisting in monthly reportingRequirements/ skills:· 2-3 years of experience in UAE accounts payable vertical· Bachelors Degree accounts/ commerce/MBA/CA Inter· Excellent communication skills written and verbally· Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment· Excellent organization and time management skills· Ability to be flexible, resilient, solution oriented and creative· Must reside in Dubai or be willing to relocate· Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
