We are looking for a Team Lead Online Account Manager to join our team and be part of our growth.
What’s On Our Plate
- Ability to manage a team spanned across different cities of the UAE
- Maintain and share accurate reporting and tracking of team performance
- Lead and guide the online account management team to help manage a large portfolio of vendors and achieve their targets
- Assure the team receives the required data, reports, and support on a daily basis in order to manage their portfolio
- Share best practices with the team and help resolve escalations from restaurant partners
- Train and support the team on how to provide excellent service and support for partners
- Ensure the team is performing structured actions and tasks to optimize operational metrics, achieve menu excellence, and drive self-reliance.
- Help the team solve day-to-day problems while ensuring a positive partner experience
