Role Summary

You will be part of the Regional Talent Development team, leading our learning strategy for talabat. Your main scope will include putting a plan for driving a learning culture at talabat to deliver our business goals and strategy.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Lead a structured and continuous learning plan to upskill talabat employees & team leaders
• Enhance our learning portfolio; providing employees with diversified learning tools used by the modern learner like digital learning, peer-learning, experiential workshops and other resources.
• Develop external partnership with our learning partners
• Design & deliver workshops to address the learning needs of individuals and teams
