Our production process covers the full range of research and development, sourcing, fragrance formulating and creation.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases.Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training activities.Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and responding to inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.Assist with employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution as needed.Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract and retain top talent.Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the HR department as assigned.
