Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other HR software to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
