Recruitment Officer

Job Location : UAE

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant management or field-specific qualification
• 3+ years in Recruitment (preferably within Education)
• Internal recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential if able to adapt quickly.
• Previous experience utilising Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter (Mandatory).
• Experience with HRMS (preferable).
• Experience developing candidate databases, headhunting and client management.
