MISSIONS

  • Manage the accounts payable process, including the review and approval of vendor invoices and expenses, ensuring they are accurately recorded and processed.
  • Maintain and update vendor information, including contact details and payment terms, to ensure that invoices are processed and paid on time.
  • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure that all vendor payments are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and process weekly, monthly, and annual accounts payable reports for senior management review.
  • Maintain a robust system of internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounts payable process.
  • Assist with year-end audits by providing requested documentation and information to auditors.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure that the accounts payable process remains compliant and efficient.

PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • High level of expertise in accounting, financial analysis, internal controls, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and accounts payable software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve errors and discrepancies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
