We are looking for a full-time, skilled Shawarma / Doner Chef for our casual dining restaurant in Dubai. You will be responsible for preparing appetizing and delicious shawarma and doner dishes. Most importantly, you should have experience in the same role as Shawarma/Doner Chef and follow all safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
- Preparing mise en place
- Marination and Grilling meat at the right temperature as per cooking standard
- Checking that the ingredients are safe and consumable
- Ensuring that the dish is served on time and in a presentable manner with the garnishes as per standard
- Regulating the shawarma grill temperature
- Cleaning the work station before and after food preparation
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Managing multiple food orders at once without any delays
- Checking and receiving raw food items from suppliers
- Ensuring that the dish is served at the correct temperature
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
