Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with dependable suppliers.Price and Contract Negotiation: Engage in negotiations regarding pricing and contract terms to secure optimal agreements. Prepare and review contracts to ensure adherence to the stipulated terms and conditions.Purchase Order Management: Generate and issue purchase orders in alignment with the organization’s requirements. Monitor the execution of purchase orders to guarantee timely delivery of goods or services.Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and evaluations of received products or services to confirm they meet the necessary standards and specifications. Address any quality-related issues or nonconformities promptly.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure the availability of essential materials without surplus.
