Job OverviewAs a Supply Chain Coordinator at Tech First Gulf, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire supply chain process. Your responsibilities will include:Implementing Supply Chain Activities: Ensure the effective execution of all supply chain operations, from the receipt of supplier documentation to the delivery of goods to customers.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare precise reports and analyses on supply chain processes on a regular basis.Resource Utilization: Optimize the use of resources and equipment to enhance output levels across the department.Stock Reconciliation: Conduct periodic reconciliations of physical stock with the ERP system.Document Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with various documentation requirements, including product registrations and approvals.Shipping Procedures: Manage import and export shipping procedures to ensure consistency in freight forwarding.Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics manager and procurement team to source appropriate products.Dispatch Coordination: Oversee all activities related to dispatches and deliveries, including the preparation of shipping documents and invoice reconciliation.Product Transfers: Monitor and direct product transfers from origin to final delivery.Customer Inquiries: Address all customer and warehouse inquiries regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.Operational Management: Ensure accurate operational management, administration, and record-keeping.Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
