Job Description :
• Handling all contractual matters. Drafting various types of agreements, ensuring timely contracts review and evaluation.
• Negotiating contracts directly or through the respective department until consensus is reached.
• Ensuring contract close-out, extension, or renewal.
• Providing contract visibility and awareness, interpretation, and implementation.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for contract management. Monitoring compliance with established policies and procedures
• Internal auditing when situation demands. Maintaining contractual records and documentation for all projects.
• Provide legal protection and risk management advice and guidance to management on contracts.
