A leading training council from the education industry is looking for the below role:Job Title: Programme Prioritisation and Monitoring ManagerExperience: 7-12 yearsLocation: Abu DhabiMinimum QualificationA minimum of bachelor degree in economics, labour studies, public policy or any other related field, preferably with a relevant postgraduate degree.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills7-12 years of experience in managing development projects and evaluationsDemonstrated ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide advice and guidance in a timely fashion.Demonstrated expertise in impact evaluation, including familiarity with IE methodologies as well as experience with large-scale surveys and data collection.Experience writing and managing performance reports, including drafting quarterly and annual performance reports and work plansExperience with managing donorsDemonstrated ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide advice and guidance in a timely fashionExperience in managing teams is essential, as well as experience in a multicultural environment.
