Ensure policies and procedures are in place to deal with emergencies such as blackouts and shutdown in an effective manner. Undertake proper measures to establish systems to reduce the utilities’ cost. Analyse utilities bills and release payments Suggest initiatives for energy saving and cutting cost. Facility Maintenance Contracts. Monitor sub-contractors’ contracts, evaluate outsource service providers in terms of quality, speed, response rate, accuracy of work done, and offered financial charges.
