Able to build customized development plans for specific populations that come out of the HR activities.Experience as a systems admin, will support the Oracle LMS (and potentially Review our performance management system). The individual would also be responsible for making sure that new joiners are given access to LinkedIn Learning and Coursera (eventually) and regular reporting until the Oracle LMS is integrated.development plans are created, the individual would be responsible for creating the journey in the Oracle LMS and ensuring they monitor progress and report updates on a regular basis.
