Job Responsibilities
- Manage sales and technical business for telecom( Optical fiber cable and connectivity accessories ). Scope of products are (1) Fusion splicer, (2) Optical connector, (3) Optical fiber (4)Optical fiber cable, (5) Splice enclosure, (6) Optical distribution components
- New business development and sales expansion in existing business in MENA region
- To achieve sales target in each target country with clear marketing strategy
- Organize technical training of fusion splicer and other products.
- Support engineering service and manage calibration of fusion splicer.
- Distributor management across MENA region
- Project management (Tender, RFQ, frame contract by telecom carrier)
- Manage regular communication with internal stakeholders in Japan and UK
Qualification (Required)
- Over 5 years of work experience in manufacturing company for optical fiber related products or telecom / data center industries.
- Work experience based in Middle East or North Africa
- Technical background for optical fiber related products or telecom fields
- Strong leadership
- Working with customers and internal colleagues proactively and reporting timely
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology
(Advantage)
- Fluency in both English and Arabic language
- Experience of handling fusion splicer as service engineer
- Literacy of financial reports ( P/L , B/S )
- Work experience as unit manager or team leader
(Salary)
From AED 10,000.00 all-inclusive depends on the experience and qualification.
