Major Role & responsibility.

· To take responsibility for overall P&L delivery for the company

· Lead the company strategically and make related recommendations to the Partners

· Planning growth through new salon openings, strategic acquisitions, and addition of new revenue streams.

· Overview of branch performance, growth plans and marketing activities along with Operations Manager

· Ensure that commercial standards and controls are maintained through the Accounts team

· Monitoring people development, training, performance management and motivation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
