We are looking for a Senior Venture Architect | Startup CEO & Startup Founding Team to join our team based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai that can build the blueprint for new digital businesses and execute on that. You are responsible for the strategy, stakeholder management, and team leadership. Our teams function as small, independent founder teams, and the Venture Architect is the acting CEO.
What you will do:
- Lead your international startup team from Product, UX/UI Design, Growth and Tech cohorts
- Have end-to-end responsibility during the different phases of the Stryber venture building playbooks, from ideation, to validation, to building and scaling the new venture(s)
- Ensure strategic alignment with all stakeholders including C-level and General Partners of the client organisation; be responsible for pitching for funds and leveraging the right assets
- Establish venture objectives and key results to track outcomes and ensure venture progress
- Actively engage in daily venture operations; build the roadmap and the economic model, define operating processes, systems and reporting, co-develop the growth and product strategies
About you
- Early-stage experience of 5+ years within different tech start-ups, of which at least one as a founder or C-level position with significant achievements including:
- experience in leading cross-functional teams of 5+
- extensive knowledge of lean startup and agile methodologies
- 2+ years of experience in a venture builder, top tier strategy consulting firm, or venture capital fund is a plus
- Experience in product management, growth or design is a plus
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and you have entrepreneurial grit
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis in the MENASA region to work closely with the venture’s target audience
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Arabic language skills are a plus
- Full-time availability in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (part-time or freelance is not possible)
