Role OverviewAs a Strategic Business Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaborative relationships with key leaders across various sectors, including Country, Business, and PXT teams, as well as Affinity Groups and community partners. Your primary focus will be on the effective design and implementation of the country strategy and roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain trusted partnerships with essential stakeholders to facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives.Establish a structured reporting framework and stakeholder forums to encourage meaningful discussions and feedback.Identify and define critical performance indicators by creating metrics that evaluate the impact of core programs and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Serve as a subject matter expert in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), providing valuable insights and perspectives during global forums.Act as the primary liaison for the implementation of global programs and initiatives within the country.Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Effectively communicate updates regarding new programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross-functional teams.Participate in regional projects and benchmarks, contributing to the identification and dissemination of best practices.QualificationsBasic QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree.Proven experience in delivering programs for large, cross-functional, global teams, utilizing data and metrics to drive insights and improvements.Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategies from inception, including the development of roadmaps that facilitate progress towards long-term goals.
