Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at HTrust Human Resources Consultancy. As a key member of our IT distribution company, you will be responsible for driving growth through sales and client management in IT infrastructure and cloud services.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Development: Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients through effective networking and marketing strategies.Needs Assessment: Assess client IT needs and provide recommendations on IT equipment and service packages.Sales and Business Generation: Generate IT sales and business by establishing relationships with new clients, conducting sales visits and presentations, and negotiating sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts.Technical Support: Provide technical advice after sales and maintain advanced knowledge of IT products and services.Sales Goals: Establish sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals, tracking progress and documenting sales performance.Product Knowledge: Become fluent in all products and services offered by our employer through testing, demonstrations, and research.Collaboration: Collaborate with technology manufacturers, software manufacturers, IT consultancies, and technology solutions organizations.QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in IT; MBA is an added advantage.Experience: Proven experience in IT sales, particularly in Cloud Services, Hyper-V, and VMware.Skillset: Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities, with the ability to meet sales goals and work under pressure.Personal Qualities: High energy level, motivation, ambition, technical skills, and attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsProduct Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant products and sales, with a focus on cloud solutions like DRaaS, SaaS, and IaaS.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the competitive landscape in the IT domain and current industry trends.What We Offer: Competitive Salary and Standard Benefits.
