We design each Stella with the modern traveler in mind, and believe that a home should be an artful combination of places seen, people met and stories formed along the way. Stella Stays was launched in 2019 and now has a portfolio of hundreds of properties across MENA and North America.

We are expanding globally and to support our exponential growth, we’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in multiple markets.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition for regional and international high-growth startups, proficiency in Linkedin, Job Boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll work closely with others across different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Global Talent Acquisition:

• Input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals to meet our growth and objective

• Ensure the staffing needs of the HQ and international markets are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind

• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, including, but not limited to employer branding initiatives (e.g. Linkedin, Glassdoor, etc.)

• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes from sourcing, hiring to onboarding

• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectation.

• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff

• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position. Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.

• Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

• Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references

• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

• Prepare all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes, offer letters, employment contract and related paperwork, in compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations in all markets

• Onboarding:

• Handle all tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, in compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations with all markets and ensure a positive experience

• Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.

• General HR responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, in Human Resources Management is a plus

• 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition in a high growth startups

• Familiarity with job boards, social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards

• Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
