Objectives:

To generate new prospects for Scaffolding Rentals/Safety Accessories with an objective of maintaining / increasing market share of the company.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Identify the right prospects / potential clients for Scaffolding Rentals/Safety Accessories in the assigned area / sector. Then approach them professionally in order to close the deal.
• Maintain & develop excellent relationship with existing clients as well as new ones.
• Communicate with the potential & existing clients verbally, by mail and over the phone in order to ensure a smooth running of the selling cycle.
• Arrange clients visit / meetings in order to gain in-depth understanding for their needs.
• Analyze & identify the client’s needs and then try to present them the most appropriate solutions.
• Try to maintain client’s data-base and update it periodically.

Study/ learn product knowledge. * Periodically, monitor the availability of the products in the company yard / stocks.

• Generate sales reports that reflects the products availability.
• Meet the sales target as assigned by the management.
• Attend weekly sales meeting, and present his report professionally Liaise. between transport department & plant service department to ensure a smooth delivery of the rented equipment.
• Arrange orders, delivery & invoices and follow up on related payments.

• Minimum Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience:

• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
• Advance training or education in Sales & Marketing functions is an additional point.
• Minimum Five (5) or more years of experience in the same roles required.

Other Skills:

• Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to problem-solve issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook specifically), and database uses.
• Must be honest, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Possess industry & market knowledge and knows who is who in the market.
• Should have good knowledge about players / competitors in the market
• Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to accommodate requests for support outside of regular business hours on occasion, with appropriate notice.
