Job Description:

Reporting to programming and content manager is to ensure that all published data related to content is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date. The QC Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of reporting data and making recommendations for improvement where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze content for accuracy and compliance with internal and external guidelines.
• Ensure that all content is properly tagged and categorized.
• Review metadata ratings, subtitling info, EPG and others to validate its accuracy.
• Verify that all images, videos, and other multimedia elements are properly displayed related to the asset and functioning across all devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or errors in the reporting system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and new technologies related to content reporting.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain QC checklists, workflows, and procedures.
• Perform quality control checks on a regular basis to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the reporting system.
• Ensure to create a process in place for tickets complains and create follow ups to resolve issues closing tickets with the relevant department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in content quality control or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Knowledge of content management systems and data reporting tools.
• Experience with metadata management, content tagging, and classification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
