CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FEMALE ONLY)
- Handle inbound calls and resolve queries.
- Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
Skills
- Mandatory Language skills – HINDI,/ URDU
- Indian or Pakistani candidates as they will be dealing with Indian, South Indian, Hindi , Urdu and regional language speaking clients.
- Preferably under husband or family sponsorship
