Stantec Hiring for Senior Project Manager at Dubai Full Time

Job Description
⢠Work collaboratively with the Technical Delivery Teams, accountable for timelines for the deliverables.
⢠Work with the Technical Teams to ensure the resources are properly planned and assigned.
⢠Become familiar with the requirements of all design, supervision, construction contracts, and project team relevant to their discipline.
⢠Provide timely information relevant to any requested report and special reports as necessary relevant to their discipline.
⢠Liaison with necessary Authorities when needed.
⢠Create monthly report and presentation of the report to the client.
⢠Perform all other duties given by Regional Director
⢠Work with the Technical Teams to improve collaboration with to off-shore resource
⢠Accountable for project performance
⢠Responsible for management of cashflow on the project

⢠Accountable for the delivery of the risk management strategy, work collaboratively with the team to mitigate risks of time and costs.

⢠Familiar with effective resource management, ensuring that the right skills are deployed at the correct time.

Qualifications
⢠Must have atleast a minimum of 15 years post graduate experience
⢠Preferably from an Architecture of Engineering background
⢠Minimum of 8 years UAE experience, preferably with International Consultancy
⢠Must have previous experience with High Security projects (ex. buildings w/ high security clearances)
⢠Familiar with contracts generally used in the UAE and able to manage scope creap and client change proactively.
⢠A problem solver, identify key issues, collaborate with appropriate team members and resolve issues quickly
⢠Previous Abu Dhabi municipality approvals (preferred).
⢠Experience in innovation, automation and international best practice.
⢠Experience in managing projects with a construction value of over 500 million AED.
