a) Minimum Experience requirements
(i) University degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or Computer Science or MIS or related field.
(ii) Minimum Eight (8) years of experience in IT organization of a large enterprise with practical working experience in troubleshooting and supporting ECM operations.
(iii) Certified in one of IBM ECM Components.
b) Other Special Requirements
(i) Hands on Business & System Analyst in ECM domain.
(ii) Develop written business requirements.
(iii) Possess good skills in team/user training and presentation.
(iv) Conduct the testing, verification and troubleshooting of systems and applications.
(v) Develop and manage User Acceptance Testing plans for ECM systems.
(vi) Basic knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Tools.
(vii) Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
(viii) Willingness to learn and retain information.
(ix) Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
c) Principal Duties and Responsibilities
System Analyst’s duties shall include, but not limited to, the following:
(i) Analyze, troubleshoot and fix the user problems and issues on ECM System.
(ii) Liaise as first line of Technical support to analyze and fix the reported issues.
(iii) Test and debug ECM Applications.
(iv) Develop and maintain the technical and business documentations.
(v) Conduct user acceptances testing, and report results to the Company.
(vi) Provide training on ECM System and Applications.
(vii) Provide advice, training, technical support and customer service needs for various ECM projects in line with provided guidelines.
(viii) Liaise with Company personnel to troubleshoot and resolve system problems and reported faults, and make system modifications where necessary.
(ix) Make presentations to professional peers.
(x) Carry out other related duties that are instructed by the Company.
