Stallion HR Solutions Hiring for Senior Voice Engineer – 3 months contract Job at Dubai Full Time

Manage & administer Bank’s Enterprise IPT environment on agreed SLAs and service uptime. The role also required functioning in the IT infrastructure-related projects and timely execution of the tasks with the desired output.

Key Result Areas

Administration & maintenance of Cisco Voice Systems, Voice Gateways, video conferencing systems, and assuring a high level of service availability.

• Managing voice service incidents efficiently and assuring high system uptime.
• Implementing proactive measures to identify potential issues in the voice networking platform and fixing the exceptions as and when required.
• Working with the vendors and suppliers that provide staff outsourcing, hardware support, software, and leased carrier services.
• Investigate, recommend and install enhancements that optimize system availability& performance.
• Managing day-to-day operations.
• Managing Voice Related projects.
• Assisting with the enhancement of the voice systems in accordance with the ICT strategic plan, in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
• Document problems and resolutions for future reference.

Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships

• Responsible for managing Cisco voice platform, video conferencing systems
• Reviewing operations performance and SLAs.
• Enforce Information Security policy & audit requirements.
• Support corporate Business Continuity Plan, and implement technologies to ensure the highest availability of Mission Critical systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to communicate, with technical, and non-technical staff (first language fluency in English is essential to successfully perform in this role).
• At least 8 to 9 years overall IT industry experience, with a minimum of 7 years experience in Cisco voice operations.
• CCIE or relevant Cisco certifications preferred.
• Ability to understand and work in a multicultural environment.
• An excellent understanding of team dynamics.
• Experience with corporate processes (HR, procurement, security, administration)
• Ability to understand complex IT technical systems and processes.
• Project Management ability or experience.

Salary: AED15,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month
