Stallion HR Solutions LLC is looking for a “Sales Support” staff with 3 years of relevant experience.
Prepare technical and commercial offers for standard products/ spares.
Work with the sales team to meet the offer deadlines and requirements.
Preparation of spare parts offers using tools/ factory support
Updating databases- (Customer, Supplier, Risk Review, install base tools)
Coordinate with the service team to ensure on-time order booking, timesheet entry, and revenues.
Ensure implementation and consistent offering of touch and feel to the customer as motion service as a whole.
Coordinate with Service partners for training, price list, offers, and orders.
Preparing workshop-related quotes based on inputs from the workshop team.
Support order handlers and project managers in the execution where applicable
Provide support for receivables collection.
A high amount of accuracy and speed are needed to ensure on-time offering with zero errors.
High availability and responsiveness beyond working hours to support critical customer requests such as emergency shutdowns, warranty cases, failures, and related immediate support requests.

Salary: AED3,200.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
