Job Description

• Follow up on the process of registering beneficiaries of robotics and programming activities.
• Preparing training materials for robotics classes, programming, and related activities, under thesupervision and coordination of the center’s administration and program management.
• Follow up on the attendance schedules and all work papers related to their classes and follow up ontheir completion.
• Work directly on managing and facilitating robotics and programming classes under supervision and coordination with the center’s administration and program management.
• Coordination with the rest of the facilitators and trainers for the success of all activities.
• Supporting the center’s management in following up on all activities related to robotics, programming and related activities.
• Coordination with the entire departments of the center and providing the necessary support from reliable field information.
• Ensure the quality of data and reports and sharing it.
• Writing monitoring reports and providing them with appropriate explanations from charts, and ensuring that they are shared with the appropriate parties.
• Submit periodic reports and participate in field needs assessments and project ideas.
• Performs all required duties assigned by the center’s management and the program’s management in relevant to his/her experience and job position.
