• Strong knowledge on ITIL process and prior working experience with Monitoring and ITSM tools.
• Should be able to write and understand SQL queries, and use Postman to test API’s.
• Working experience with IT Service Delivery process and one of the ITSM ticketing tool such as (not limited to ) Microfocus SMAX, HPSM, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy Force, Manage Engine
• Working experience with monitoring tools Microfocus OBM, NNM, Splunk ITSI, AppDynamics
• Must have Knowledge on API’, RDBMS database PostgreSQL, Sybase, MS SQL – SQL queries , Operating systems Unix and Windows.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED19,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
