Job Description:
Coordinate inputs and outputs of the consumable material that the operation needs, carry out inventories to maintain the correct stock as well as keep track of deliveries to the operation and the daily report of its activities.
- Control of consumables for operation
- Carry out daily inventories to confirm correct stock.
- Prepares the programming of the acquisitions to maintain the optimal stock.
- Daily reporting to supervision.
- Validation and control of consumables program with operation.
- Preparation of delivery plan with suppliers.
- Monitoring of delivery plan.
- Review of weekly scopes.
- Ensure the necessary stock for the operation.
- Updating of inputs and outputs of each part number used.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge and skills: Control of supplies, excellent sense of organization
Work experience: 1 year in warehouse jobs
Academic level: Engineering
Experience in warehouses and control of supplies
Basic intermediate English
Willingness to travel
