- Provide cordial attention to the client who enters the clinic as well as those who are contacted by telephone and other means of communication.
- Evaluate the condition of the pet and make sure what type of attention it requires (routine, urgent or emergency).
- Give guidance, schedule an appointment and resolve customer queries regarding their pet.
- Register or validate the incoming customer.
- Maintain contact and coordinate with the veterinary staff according to the client’s requirement.
- Update and archive patient medical records and prescriptions.
- Process customer payments in the different means available.
Job Experience:
- Technical or university professional (in progress, truncated or graduated) in careers in Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine or related to the sector.
- Knowledge of technological tools and management software.
- Intermediate MS Office.
