Job Description:

Execute customs compliance operations activities with limited supervision, using department procedures and controls to preserve value and mitigate risk. Validate and coordinate import/export transactional requirements that apply to documents and data.

Update and maintain customs master files and records, and support record compliance and information management policies and controls.

Review documents (invoices, preferential customs documentation and other cross-border documents) to ensure that they comply with legal and fiscal requirements. Collaborate functionally, internally and externally to implement solutions for customs compliance operations.

Execute cross-border clearance and file import/export declarations with customs and other government agencies using defined procedures.

Process, collect, organize, analyze and report data necessary to facilitate cross-border enforcement and analysis. Handle complex front-end, administrative, technical, or customer service issues with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Customs or Foreign Trade Advanced Student)
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Intermediate English proficiency (to be assessed)
Other minimum qualifications may apply PREFERRED
Demonstrated customer focus paper/ customer and strong relationship builder
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Office, expert in Microsoft Excel
