Job Description:

What will you be responsible for:

• You will participate in the forecasting and planning of personnel needs;
• You will research and identify talent acquisition channels specific to the targeted candidate group;
• You will take care of the timely processing of the received applications and the selection of documents;
• You will conduct interviews;
• You will be responsible for the implementation of new personnel in the team and their retention and development;
• You will participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for the selection and motivation of personnel together with the head of the department;
• You will participate in organizing and conducting career forums, events, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Appropriate higher education – Psychology, Human Resource Management and other equivalent;
• Experience in the field of selection – an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work together with all levels of the organization;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and results orientation;
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
• Good command of English
