Job Information:
Direct management of the maintenance team in the department, responsibility for the professionalism of the team, including:
participation in the preparation of the training program, leading the program and assimilating professional standards.
Building an annual maintenance and investment budget.
Planning, coordination and implementation of renovation and annual maintenance of the production lines in collaboration with the maintenance engineer.
Daily analysis of fracture failures, and creation of a preventive maintenance plan following the conclusions from the analysis.
Job Experience:
Responsibility for the construction and implementation of preventive maintenance plans.
Responsibility for the availability of spare parts inventory in accordance with the needs of the line and the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Management experience in a similar job in an industrial plant.
Manufacturing plant – recognition advantage of industrial mechanisation English at a good level Planning ability
