Job Description:

We are looking for a nursing manager who wants to manage and develop high-quality and professional human-centered nursing and care activities in cooperation with the team.

The work of the nursing manager is to coordinate and develop the work of the medical unit of the care center, organize, manage, document, plan and ensure the quality of nursing services in the provision of independent inpatient nursing care and home nursing service (general nursing home).

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in nursing (may be in progress) or higher education in nursing and at least three years of clinical work experience
• Knowledge of the legislation related to the area of responsibility, knowledge of people’s physical, psychological and social needs, knowledge of the fundamentals of professional ethics, general principles of teamwork and management and general principles of customer work, general knowledge of the possibilities of using information technology aids at work, general knowledge of management principles;
