Job Description:

You will have a varied working day where you will have a lot of contact with citizens as well as other interdisciplinary partners. Your tasks will include be follow-up on medical treatment, drawing up nursing action plans in consultation with your own doctor, receiving visits from citizens after hospitalization, wound care and assessment of acutely unwell citizens.

You have close contact with our social and health assistants and assistants, who may need advice and guidance and in connection with the citizens they come to see. We hold triage meetings together every morning.

The processes are often complex and will require broad interdisciplinary collaboration. There will be an opportunity for a thorough introduction so that you feel prepared for the tasks. You will be assigned a mentor who is responsible for your introduction programme.
